Bonded, on a precarious basis, until August 13, 2043, the port facility called Terminal Portuário Novo Remanso, also known as Terminal de Granéis Sólidos Agrícolas – TGSA, located on the left bank of the Amazon River, on the Macaco Cego branch, at 755, Novo Remanso, Rural Zone, in the municipality of Itacoatiara in the state of Amazonas, georeferenced with latitude -3.229200 and longitude -59.000008, managed by TERMINAL PORTUÁRIO NOVO REMANSO S/A, registered with CNPJ under no. 13,999,991/0001-00, according to Adhesion Contract no. 12/2018-MTPA, signed on August 13, 2018, between the mentioned company and the Union, through the then Ministry of Transportation, Ports, and Aviation, with the intervention of the National Waterway Transportation Agency – ANTAQ.
